More importantly, I’m a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend. I’m that person in the grocery store line you told about your mother’s passive aggressive tendencies and your aspiration to start ice skating again.
I think social media may be the cure to what ails us in public relations provided we don’t make ourselves seasick trying to ride out the seas of change. Instead, I think we should just jump on board, but not overboard.
